Your contact lenses spend a lot of time in their case. To ensure that your contacts are clean and safe to insert in your eye you need to make sure that you are caring for the case that they are kept in. Many times this case will be ignored for weeks on end. You should ideally clean the case every day. Wash the case with a sterile cleaning solution and allow the case to air dry completely. Every few days give the contact case a more thorough cleaning. The case should be thrown away and completely replaced every three months.
